Responsibilities include sales support for Quantum Software solutions to reseller, system integrator and end-user accounts. This position will work with field Sales to provide pre-sales support and an escalation point for post-sales Software issues providing an interface between the CSA team and partners. This position also develops a closer relationship with the Software Partners and Customers. The role will consist of a mixture of handling in-bound enquiries for placing, progressing orders, as well as an element of out-bound calls to current customers and Quantum software partners. Over time the role will develop to more outbound proactive work in developing closer relationships with key Software partners.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Manage the creation of Oracle Software quotes for new or upgrade Software opportunities. - Follow-up with customer if PO has not been received. - Contact all current customers to validate product configuration and co-ordinate with CSA and Service sales to ensure IB and Salesforce are correctly updated. - Contact current customers to advise them of new products and actively promote Quantum Training classes. Advise on changes to processes to ensure accurate customer records are maintained in the future. Understand the complete process from quote to installation and advise on improvements. - Interact with Sales – passing leads, customer concerns/issues. - Be part of the partner recruitment process – educating them on Quantum, Quoting processes, placing valid orders, service renewals. - Develop StorNext FX revenue through Distribution, Partners and Marketing Programs. - Escalation point for Professional Service engagement questions. - Follow up and qualify leads to be passed to the sales team. - Project Registration approvals. - Manage the evaluation process and issuing license keys.
